6 clinics. 30 days. Alongside your current agency.
A 30-day pilot that runs in parallel with what you already have. No firing anyone. No 12-month contract. At day 30 you decide. After that, month-to-month.

Most agencies sell promises.
The clinic carries the risk.
The pattern is familiar. Retainer cashed on the first of the month. Reports full of impressions. Bookings off-by-one with the calendar. A pilot inverts the structure. We commit to a measurable response-time SLA. We do not ask you to fire anyone. We do not ask for a 12-month contract.
- Average response time, 2-4 hours.
- Per missed lead, AED 340-365 in priority verticals.
- Twenty missed leads a month, AED 6,800-7,300 leaked.
- Annualised, a six-figure number you have not noticed because it never hit your P&L as a line item.
- Speed-to-lead inside one minute, 24/7.
- Most of the AED 340 recovered per lead, on a measurable cohort.
- Reported weekly. Numbered leads. No spreadsheets.
- 30 days alongside your current agency. You decide on day 30.

We have not run
a GCC pilot yet.
The first cohort is launching June 2026. Six clinics. We are pre-launch. We are saying it on the page so nobody has to ask.
What is committed: response-time SLAs, weekly reporting, founders on the call, Medical Director pre-approval before anything ships. What is measured: speed-to-lead per lead, booked-rate, consumed-rate, no-show flag. What we publish: pilot scorecards at day 30 and day 60, named or anonymized at the clinic’s choice. Including the ones where the engine did not clear the bar.
Until the cohort runs, the proof we have is the work that built it. Besnik’s Five Star Marketing track record across forty Dubai aesthetic clinics. Faheem’s nine-year SEO track record at Barium Digital. We will not pretend otherwise.
Specific commitments.
In writing.
Vague pilots fail. Specific ones close. The list below is what goes in the pilot agreement. None of it is a booking-volume guarantee. Anyone who guarantees booking volume is selling you fiction.
- 01 · Speed-to-lead SLAFirst response in under 60 seconds, 24/7.
Measured per-lead. Reported weekly.
- 02 · Follow-up SLAHuman handoff inside 15 minutes during clinic hours.
AI handles after-hours with a human-tagged morning brief.
- 03 · Compliance pre-approvalMedical Director on every ad and landing page where DHA ST-21 v1.1 applies.
We do not ship until you sign off.
- 04 · ReportingWeekly raw-data digest. Monthly deep review. Live dashboard.
Never PDF-only. Never aggregated to hide the gap.
- 05 · Founders on the callBesnik weekly, from Dubai.
Faheem on the architecture call in week one.
- 06 · What we do NOT promiseBooking volume. Conversion rates. Revenue figures.
We will not write that into a contract. The math has to clear on its own.
Reciprocal honesty.
Six things, plainly.
If you cannot meet these, the pilot will not work, and we will say so before anyone signs anything.
- The structure. A 30-day pilot, then month-to-month after with a 30-day exit clause. No 12-month lock-in.
- The call. One weekly call, 60 minutes. One named decision-maker on it. The partner or the owner, not “the marketing person.”
- Access. Read-access to your existing ad accounts within five working days of contract signing.
- Decision velocity. Willingness to ship copy, photos, and pricing decisions on a 48-hour turnaround.
- Medical Director availability. For ad pre-approval inside 48 hours where DHA ST-21 v1.1, DoH Circular 26/2023, MOHAP 430/2007, or DHP applies.
- Honesty about your stack. Tell us what is broken. Tell us what works. We will tell you the same on day one.
30 days.
Then month-to-month.
On day 30 the clinic decides: continue or walk. If continue, the engagement is month-to-month with a 30-day exit clause from there. No auto-renewal trap. No early-cancellation fee.
Pilot starts. Pilot price (plus ad spend at cost). Runs alongside your existing agency.
30-day review. Continue or walk. Either way, you keep the ad accounts, landing-page assets, and GHL data.
Month-to-month. 30-day exit clause. We earn the next month every month.
Contract questions · /faq §3
Pilot price.
Disclosed, not gated.
We are trading price for proof. The first six clinics anchor the case studies for our 2026 launch. You get the system at a margin we will not repeat.
Plus ad spend at cost, paid directly to the platform. No markup on media. The price covers: setup, Medical Director coordination, voice agent training, landing pages, weekly reporting, founder calls.
After day 30, if you continue. Includes everything above, plus ongoing optimization, creative refresh, and platform hosting. 30-day exit clause. No auto-renewal.
We get the right to publish honest results, named or anonymized at the clinic’s choice. If the pilot does not clear the bar, we publish that too.
Six things we look for.
You should mentally tick the boxes.
- 01Private clinic, 1-3 locations, in UAE, KSA, or Qatar.
- 02Currently spending AED 30,000+ per month on Google or Meta with patchy attribution.
- 03Specialty in dental, aesthetics, dermatology, IVF, or general practice with a high-LTV procedure mix.
- 04Owner or partner is a real person you can put on a weekly call.
- 05Willing to ship copy, photos, and pricing decisions inside 48 hours.
- 06Medical Director available for compliance pre-approval inside 48 hours.
Saying who we will not work with protects the cohort.
No apology. We have six spots. We will leave one empty before we fill it with the wrong fit.
- 01Hospital systems with internal marketing teams.
- 02Clinics where the owner will not be on the weekly call.
- 03Anyone treating this as a 14-day experiment.
- 04Anyone in active litigation with their current agency.
- 05Price-shoppers comparing five proposals on a single spreadsheet.

Apply for the cohort.
Six spots. Real conversations.
Besnik responds inside one working day from Dubai. If we are a fit, we book a 60-minute call. If we are not a fit, we say so on email, with the reason.
Cohort cap, 6 clinics. Apply requires a conversation, not a click.
