02 · The honest line

We have not run
a GCC pilot yet.

The first cohort is launching June 2026. Six clinics. We are pre-launch. We are saying it on the page so nobody has to ask.

What is committed: response-time SLAs, weekly reporting, founders on the call, Medical Director pre-approval before anything ships. What is measured: speed-to-lead per lead, booked-rate, consumed-rate, no-show flag. What we publish: pilot scorecards at day 30 and day 60, named or anonymized at the clinic’s choice. Including the ones where the engine did not clear the bar.

If you cannot meet these, the pilot will not work, and we will say so before anyone signs anything.

  1. The structure. A 30-day pilot, then month-to-month after with a 30-day exit clause. No 12-month lock-in.
  2. The call. One weekly call, 60 minutes. One named decision-maker on it. The partner or the owner, not “the marketing person.”
  3. Access. Read-access to your existing ad accounts within five working days of contract signing.
  4. Decision velocity. Willingness to ship copy, photos, and pricing decisions on a 48-hour turnaround.
  5. Medical Director availability. For ad pre-approval inside 48 hours where DHA ST-21 v1.1, DoH Circular 26/2023, MOHAP 430/2007, or DHP applies.
  6. Honesty about your stack. Tell us what is broken. Tell us what works. We will tell you the same on day one.
05 · The structure

30 days.
Then month-to-month.

On day 30 the clinic decides: continue or walk. If continue, the engagement is month-to-month with a 30-day exit clause from there. No auto-renewal trap. No early-cancellation fee.

Day 0

Pilot starts. Pilot price (plus ad spend at cost). Runs alongside your existing agency.

Day 30

30-day review. Continue or walk. Either way, you keep the ad accounts, landing-page assets, and GHL data.

Day 31+

Month-to-month. 30-day exit clause. We earn the next month every month.

We get the right to publish honest results, named or anonymized at the clinic’s choice. If the pilot does not clear the bar, we publish that too.
