Lede. ClinicBoost is a managed patient-acquisition operating layer for private clinics in the GCC. The company sells media, an AI front desk, a voice agent, a CRM and the attribution that connects them, packaged as one contract.
Founding. Founded in early 2026 by Besnik (Dubai, formerly Five Star Marketing) and Faheem ud Din (Pakistan, founder of Barium Digital). Operating entity Tellus DWC LLC, registered in DMCC Free Zone, Dubai. Ownership 50/50.
Who we serve. Private clinics in dental, aesthetics, IVF and dermatology, across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Pilot cohort of five clinics opening Q3 2026. First quarterly outcomes published Q4 2026.
What we will not do. We are not a HIPAA-compliant US vendor. HIPAA is a US statute. UAE clinics are governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 and Federal Law 2/2019; we operate to that posture. We are not a software platform. We do not buy reviews. We do not invent case studies. We do not store identifiable patient data outside the UAE in violation of Federal Law 2/2019 Article 13.

Both founders accept podcast and panel invitations under three constraints. The topic must align with the disciplines we run - private-clinic operations, AI in patient acquisition, GCC compliance, agency operating economics. The audience must be at least 1,000 active listeners or attendees. No requests to name unconsenting clients on air.
Booking is via the press email above with a two-week minimum lead time. Topic briefs welcomed. We will turn down a booking if the topic does not match. We will turn one down with thanks if the audience does not match. The honesty saves both sides a wasted recording slot.
